The innovation award trophy won by Pulsio Print

The company received the honour for its new print order processing and production tool ‘web to print solution’, which allows for complete product customization online by the customer and a very effective production process afterwards. This covers the entire process – from initial product specification, through setting all the required parameters and choosing from all available printing options to real-time cost calculation, printing and delivery.

“Web to print” is not a new concept but it has never been achieved before with full personalisation of orders instead of a limited, predefined catalogue of print products for the customer to choose from. In this new system, the whole logic of calculating instantly and building the quote and order is different.

In this awards initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Bulgaria, nominations are judged on their originality, new approach for solving problems, environmental friendliness and global quality, by an eight-member jury which includes entrepreneurs and executives of major international companies, the economic attaché of the French Embassy and industry and university experts.

Pulsio Print’s majority owner Plamen Tzanev said:

“I am delighted that although we are a small and relatively new company we have won this prestigious award, when facing tough competition from much bigger companies such as Groupama insurance, Veolia, Edenred, Latécoère and others. Pulsio Print is a dynamic, forward-thinking enterprise, always looking to break new ground, and for our commitment to innovation to be recognised by the Franco-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a special moment for us.”
